Charge Air Cooler:
An oven brazed and welded design for all turbo charged cooling. Special end casting and internal turbulators are used for maximum cooling efficiency and low air pressure drop. A variety of castings are available. Available in tube or bar and plate configuration. Special end tank and header are available for long life if a problem exists as to thermal expansion. This special design is well suited for long tube applications. Special paint coating and core coating are available on request to counteract a salt and hostile environment. A variety of cooling cores are available to be used in this design from lightweight louvered fins to our non special plugging fins.
